Web Beacons

Much of the Personally-Identifying Information collected by Resumebook.tv about users is information provided by users themselves. When users register with the Website to become Candidates or Hiring Professionals, each user will provide a first name, last name, email address, city, state and zip code. Candidates also may directly provide Personally-Identifying Information including without limitation a video describing their skills, job history, qualifications, education history, networks, honors and recognition, languages and references when filling out their "My Profile" section of the Website. In addition, Candidates and Hiring Professionals may provide Personally-Identifying Information by sending other Candidates and Hiring Professionals emails on the Website. Before a Candidate publishes his or her profile, a Candidate may designate who may have access to his or her profile in the "My Profile" section of the Candidate's web page. After a Candidate publishes his or her profile, anyone who receives a link to the Candidate's profile (including without limitation Hiring Professionals who enter queries to find Candidates with certain skills or receive a link to Candidates' profiles by email or by other means, other Candidates and individuals outside of the Resumebook.tv network) may view the Candidate's profile.

If you do not wish to disclose Personally-Identifying Information, please do not provide it to Resumebook.tv or include it in your profile. If you are uncomfortable disclosing discernable personal characteristics through video or the other features of the Website, you should rely on more traditional means of finding a job such as submitting a resume to prospective employers.

Users of the Website are under no obligation to provide Resumebook.tv with Personally-Identifying Information of any kind, with the caveat that a user's refusal to do so may prevent the user from using certain Website features.

By submitting a Copyright Infringement Notification or other communication (including communications about content stored on or transmitted through the Website) you consent to have such communication forwarded to the person or entity who stored or transmitted the content addressed by your communication, in order to facilitate a prompt resolution. For Notices of Violations of Website Terms of Service or other communications (but not DMCA Infringement Notifications), upon request Resumebook.tv will edit out your name and contact information. However, DMCA Infringement Notifications (including any personally identifiable information set forth in the Notifications) will be forwarded as submitted to Resumebook.tv without any deletions.
